Warm Slowga Warm Slowga is a gentle, nourishing yoga practice held in a softly heated room. Expect slow, mindful movement, longer holds and plenty of time to breathe, soften and release. This class is designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension in the body and help you reconnect with yourself at a deeper level. Perfect if you’re feeling tired, stressed or in need of grounding, Warm Slowga supports flexibility, mobility and relaxation without rushing or pushing. You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser and deeply restored. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. A beautiful practice for rest, reset and quiet strength.

Yoga Lounge Drop-In Classes & One-Off Event Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to join us for a drop-in class or special event at the Yoga Lounge! To ensure fairness to all of our members and instructors, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of drop-in classes or one-off events. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class or event, or if you do not attend, your payment will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refunds or Transfers Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes/events are not eligible for refunds or transfers to future sessions. If you are unable to attend a class or event, we encourage you to cancel in advance to allow someone else to take your spot. Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens, and in the case of emergencies, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee an exception, we are happy to review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system.
