A deeply restorative journey through sound, stillness and gentle healing.
Service Description
We’ll begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice, designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system and invite you into deep rest. Supported poses, slow movement and mindful breathing will help you fully let go and arrive in the present moment. From here, Vic will guide you through a deep healing sound bath, using soothing vibrations to rebalance, restore and gently shift stagnant energy. Simply lie back, relax and allow the sound to wash over you, supporting both physical and emotional release. Cacao will be available to enjoy before or during the sound bath, offering a heart-opening, grounding element to this deeply calming experience. This evening is an invitation to slow down, reset and reconnect no experience needed, just come as you are. Please bring warm layers and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Yoga Lounge Drop-In Classes & One-Off Event Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to join us for a drop-in class or special event at the Yoga Lounge! To ensure fairness to all of our members and instructors, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of drop-in classes or one-off events. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class or event, or if you do not attend, your payment will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refunds or Transfers Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes/events are not eligible for refunds or transfers to future sessions. If you are unable to attend a class or event, we encourage you to cancel in advance to allow someone else to take your spot. Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens, and in the case of emergencies, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee an exception, we are happy to review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system.
