Join us for a exclusive mind–body experience designed to support you in growing into the best version of your true self, not a new one, just the real one beneath the noise. Your journey begins with Kris who will take you through guided breathwork supported by pure doTERRA essential oils to clear the mind, soften emotional tension and reconnect you with calm, clarity and confidence. You’ll then drop into a soothing Reiki drum integration, allowing your body and mind to settle into deep rest and gentle emotional balance. Next, Holly will lead you through an uplifting Yogalates class to energise your body, elevate your mood and boost your natural vitality. Will will pause there for some nourishing lunch and refreshments before continuing to wind down. You’ll move into meditation and supported journaling to cultivate self-awareness and intention. We close with a deeply restorative yoga practice with Emma, a grounding, heart-opening finish to integrate everything you’ve unlocked. This workshop blends healing, movement, stillness and reflection to leave you feeling clear, centred and renewed. Yoga Lounge Drop-In Classes & One-Off Event Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to join us for a drop-in class or special event at the Yoga Lounge! To ensure fairness to all of our members and instructors, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of drop-in classes or one-off events. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class or event, or if you do not attend, your payment will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. No Refunds or Transfers Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes/events are not eligible for refunds or transfers to future sessions. If you are unable to attend a class or event, we encourage you to cancel in advance to allow someone else to take your spot. Emergency Exceptions We understand that life happens, and in the case of emergencies, please contact us directly.
